Team building

The team building training will be offered to two groups:

  1. Top leadership and mid-level managers as well as
    • Mid-level managers and their team

There will be a minimum of 10 modules delivered a weekend period (or two week days).  Each module will be developed and taught by experienced professionals. The modules will address the following topics and will include several group exercises:

  1. Team Health Check (assessment)
  2. Purpose and direction of the team (foundation)
  3. Team Leadership
  4. Understanding Team Differences
  5. Team Processes
  6. Team Communication
  7. Relationships
  8. Difficult Personalities and Difficult Situations
  9. Communicating and Listening Effectively
  10. Trust, Work Ethics, and Respect
