1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization, and that it accepts these Terms.

2) This website

• This is the public marketing site and Journal for Centient Group, LLC. Published pages and Journal pieces are for general information.
• Studio is invite-only. There are no public user accounts or on-site comments.
• You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial use. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to reach non-public areas (including Studio) without an invitation, or introduce malware.
• We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

3) Intellectual property

Text, photographs, graphics, logos, piece names, and site design are owned by Centient Group, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Do not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute site content without prior written consent. You may link to public pages in a fair, non-misleading way.

4) Forms & the mailing list

Configure Humidor, Contact, and the mailing list (shown as “Join” or “Private list”) are operated by Centient on this site. A form submission is a request for information or a list signup. It is not a contract to build a humidor and not an order.

Commercial list mail includes our physical address and an unsubscribe path, as required by CAN-SPAM. See the Privacy Policy for how submissions are stored and emailed.

5) Commissions

Site copy describes bespoke humidor commissioning in general terms. It is not an offer and not a binding specification. A commission proceeds only after a private consultation, a written proposal, and an agreement between you and Centient. Price, specification, deposit, schedule, delivery, and aftercare are set in that agreement — not by this website.

This marketing site does not process payment. Invoices and payment records, if any, are handled separately from this site.

Wood is a natural material; grain, figure, and tone vary by species and board. Photographs are illustrative. Display color can differ by device.

6) Third-party links

The site may link to video platforms, social media, and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7) Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centient disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of error.

8) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centient and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Centient harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in or serving Tarrant County, Texas.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Effective” date above will change when we post a new version on this page.
