The Cypress — Blackline Series

Some woods are admired for their grain. Others are revered for their story. Pecky Cypress is both: shaped over decades by nature’s hand, its long cavities resolved with black epoxy into permanence.

From this rare material, Centient has created The Cypress — Blackline Series: a strictly limited production of just eight humidors worldwide. Each case is numbered, each one destined for a collector’s provenance, never to be repeated.

At 18.5" x 12.75" x 8", proportion is balanced and commanding. Locking miter joinery secures the structure, while fittings in solid stainless steel—hinges, lock, hygrometer—affirm permanence. The base is finished in black goat suede, protecting the surface upon which it rests.

Inside, preservation becomes ceremony. Spanish cedar, left unfinished, lines the chamber with natural fragrance. A removable tray with dividers offers arrangement, while a discreet humidity carrier system sustains equilibrium below.

The lid interior becomes the series’ defining gesture: finished in mirror-polished piano black, it carries custom artwork and insignia inlaid in stainless steel. Each detail is cold-cured into permanence, a union of reflection and precision.

Capacity: up to 175 cigars, depending on vitola.
